Canvas New Rich Content Editor to go live December 23
The Rich Content Editor (RCE) in Canvas is also commonly referred to as the text editing toolbar or menubar and appears when you edit any page, assignment, discussion, etc. An upcoming update will relocate the right-hand menu where you would previously have added links, files, and images. This Canvas update will go into effect campus-wide on Wednesday, Dec. 23.
The update will be a very different look and feel. The Center for Teaching and Learning recommends you review the materials below to prepare for this change as soon as possible:
